Dedication

Reese's dedication. What can I say? We go to the "early" service that kicks off promptly at 8:30 A.M. every Sunday morning. I am of the school that if your not 15 minutes early then you are late. Therefore we have been late since September 20, 2010. One word comes to mind when I think back to yesterday morning from 6:30 A.M. till 8:30 A.M...."frazzeled!" For the three of us to get up, get dressed in our Sunday best, pack the car for Christmas lunch #1 which happened directly after church, and get to our destination by 8:30 A.M. required some work. The dedication went off without a hitch! She started crying right before we were called to the front, but after Daddy pulled out her BFF Mr. Binky she was happy as could be.

And, by Alabama standards, we were in the mist of a blizzard yesterday. Look at it piling up on the roof of the car!

After the eighth try we finally got a group photo.
...Then realized Uncle G's girlfriend Courtney was taking the picture...so we had to get another with her in it.

And here is a girl that is working on getting the "Friend of the Year Award." They drove from Marcoot- for those of you not familiar with that metropolitan area...it is located just east of Nowhere- just kidding- it is somewhere around LaFayette. I have made several trips to Marcoot since LaRae moved their 5 years ago and still have NO idea how to get there. I get lost everytime. Anyway, Kyle and LaRae brought Reese's friend Anna Kate.

Anna Kate hugged her and gave her a kiss but Reese was not interested.
